Delivery & Disposal Services
Deliveries are made daily from Mondays to Saturdays, between 10am and 8pm. There are no deliveries on all Sundays and public holidays.
The delivery schedule is as follows: 10am to 1pm / 1pm to 4pm / 3pm to 6pm / 5pm to 8pm
For new purchase:
In most cases, delivery of mattress is free within Bangkok metropolitan under normal handling. Where delivery is beyond normal handling (such as requirement for crane service, additional manpower and delivery by stairway), delivery charges will be subject to case-by-case basis. Delivery cancellation after confirmation:
In the event where a confirmed delivery has to be cancelled on the same delivery day, a penalty of B2,000 will be imposed.
Surcharge for Same-day Delivery:
For same-day urgent delivery, there is a surcharge of B2,000 and is subject to our delivery availability.
In the event where an existing Simmons product is to be transported to another location upon delivery of new purchase, Simmons will charge a transportation cost. The cost does not include dismantling and assembly charges. Please see Disposal Services for these charges.
Charges without new purchase (for existing Simmons customers only):
We provide shifting services for Simmons mattress and bedframe/boxspring from one location to another location. Kindly contact us for a quotation. This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Technical Service Charges
For inspection of Simmons mattress, bedframe/boxspring or recliners/sofas with expired warranty or without any proof of purchase, a B1,000 transportation fee (exclude replacement of parts) will be imposed. Replacement of parts will be quoted separately.
